Ms. Saira Soofi is a legal expert with over 17 years of experience in corporate law. From 2012 to 2015, she served as Legal Counsel and Company Secretary at Akzo Nobel Pakistan Limited, managing all legal, policy, and environmental matters, including documentation, litigation support, taxation, and regulatory compliance. Since 2017, she has been Chief Legal Officer and Company Secretary at Kashf Foundation, a leading microfinance institution in Pakistan. Saira oversees corporate legal affairs, policy-making, contract negotiations, and regulatory matters, liaising with government bodies and ensuring compliance with SECP regulations.
