Mr. Hani Al-Fakih is the Deputy Executive Director of the Yemen Microfinance Network and Director of the FIRST Microfinance E-Learning Platform in the MENA region. With over 17 years of experience in entrepreneurship and the SME sector, he is an internationally recognized expert in microfinance, digital transformation, and financial product development.
Throughout his career, Mr. Al-Fakih has led research and development initiatives, designing and launching eleven innovative financial products tailored to market needs. His work reflects a strong commitment to leveraging technology to expand financial inclusion and create sustainable social impact. By integrating digital solutions with inclusive finance, he has helped institutions modernize operations and better serve underserved communities.
Originally from Sana’a, Yemen, Mr. Al-Fakih combines local insight with global exposure.
