Mr. Dibyajyoti Pattanaik

Mr. Dibyajyoti Pattanaik brings over 20 years of experience in microfinance, micro-enterprise development, and development-sector consulting, and is currently leading Annapurna’s transition toward a technology-enabled financial ecosystem. He holds a PGDM from EDII, Ahmedabad, and has further strengthened his expertise through programs at the Boulder Institute of Microfinance (Italy) and Harvard Business School (USA).

He began his career in the MSME sector with APITCO and later joined Peoples’ Forum as Programme Head & CFO in 2007. He currently serves as President of OSAFII and Vice Chairperson of MFIN, contributing actively to policy advocacy and sectoral growth.

Under his leadership, Annapurna has emerged as a leading financial institution in India. His achievements have earned him recognition among Top 100 People Managers (Forbes India & Great Manager Institute) and Top 25 Great People Managers of 2024, among other prestigious accolades.
