finance, sustainable finance, and development finance. His work spans green and sustainable bonds,
renewable energy and energy efficiency financing, climate mitigation and adaptation strategies, ESG
reporting, and transition strategy development.
Mr. Dedebas also advances financial inclusion initiatives focused on MSMEs, gender, youth, and
refugee finance, supporting institutions in aligning financial sector development with the green and
digital transition.
