Mifta Naim Huda is a corporate-turned-community development specialist with over 18 years of experience in strategy, organizational transformation, and institutional growth.
He currently serves as Executive Director of the Centre for Development Innovation & Practices (CDIP), overseeing a USD 157 million microfinance portfolio, 250 branches, and more than 338,000 beneficiaries. He also leads CDIP’s social development initiatives, including 3,003 healthcare and education centers serving over 63,000 students.
Previously, he held senior corporate roles in marketing, sales, and merchandising, including Head of Marketing at Agora Limited and Senior Manager at Bata Shoe Company Bangladesh, where he managed a USD 47 million annual revenue portfolio.
Mr. Huda holds an MBA in Marketing from Assumption University, Thailand and serves on the boards of several organizations, including ASA, PIDIM Foundation, and CARSA. He is also a frequent international speaker on financial inclusion, climate change, public health, and technology.
