Victor Mints is a Global Housing Finance Specialist at the IFC (World Bank Group). At IFC, he works primarily in low-income countries, providing advice to financial institutions, governments, central banks, and other stakeholders on housing finance and housing microfinance lending products. Before joining IFC, he held roles as a banker, researcher, construction site manager, and consultant on housing and housing finance-related projects. Victor has earned a Master's degree in civil engineering, an MBA, and a PhD in economics and management.
